Broken down and broken up. That's how the Nets ended the 2003 - 2004 season. From the re-signing of Jason Kidd and the addition of Alonzo Mourning, it all went downhill as Kidd gets injured, the team gets put on the block and is sold to a Brooklyn developer, Byron Scott is fired and so much more... 2000 - 2001 Season
Season in the Abyss
This was our inaugural season of "Joe," and boy, was it a painful one. We uploaded this site on Opening Day, Oct. 31, 2000. That night, the Nets lost to the Cavaliers.
